Veg Club Sandwich

The Vegetable Club Sandwich is one snack you can rely on to satiate your hunger anywhere in the world.

Ingredients-Veg Club Sandwich

  1. Bread of your choice/ 3 slices of any bread loaf
  2. Mayonnaise- Two Tablespoon
  3. Mustard Sauce – Two Tablespoon
  4. Butter-Two Tablespoon 
  5. Panner Slice/Cottage Cheese- 100 Grams 
  6. Tomato-One Piece 
  7. Fresh Small Onion-One Piece  
  8. Baby corns-As per your requirements
  9. Mushrooms -As per your requirement 
  10. Lettuce-One Cup
  11. Oil-One Teaspoon
  12. Fresh Mixed Bell peppers-Half Cup 
  13.  Mixed Herbs Skewers-1/4 Teaspoon
  14. Salt & Pepper-As per your requirement

How To Prepare Veg Club Sandwich?

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add bell peppers, onions, baby corns and mushrooms to it. 
  2. Add salt, pepper and mixed herbs to the vegetables.
  3. Once the vegetables are cooked, allow it to rest. 
  4. Apply butter on both sides of the bread and grill them. 
  5. Take oil in the same pan and grill the paneer slices too. 
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper and mixed herbs over paneer. 
  7. Slice tomatoes and cut lettuces. 
  8. Apply cheese spread and mustard paste on bread slices. 
  9. Place vegetables as the first layer and then place lettuces and cover it with a slice of bread. 
  10. Place paneer slices as the second layer and keep tomato slices over them. 
  11. Also, keep lettuces and finally cover it with a slice of bread. 
  12. Press them a little and insert skewer so as to keep the sandwich together.
  13. Cut the sandwiches and its ready to be served!
